ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System MasterClass

The GlenView Group ISO 9001:2015 MasterClass offers is a hybrid which includes both ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Internal Auditor Training as well as 1:1 consultation designed to help you set up, implement, and audit your ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. MasterClass participants will learn each clause of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard, interpretation of the standard requirements, and how those requirements are relevant to your organization. MasterClass participants will receive guidance on implementation, best practices, and will receive training on how to use the entire ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Documentation templates.

The MasterClass also includes Internal Auditor training where MasterClass participants will learn the foundation of auditing from planning for internal audits, performing internal audits, defining audit findings, and drafting audit reports.

Attendees will also be given the opportunity to take an internal auditor exam and, upon successful completion of the exam, attendees will be issued an Internal Auditor and Implementation Specialist Certificate allowing the certificate holder to act as Lead Auditor for their organization or perform Supplier and Vendor Quality Audits.

MasterClass participants will also have access to GlenView Group sample documentation, templates, and Knowledge Database for one (1) month. MasterClass participants will receive the guidance and resources to document their own Quality Management System in just ONE week.

Each participant will receive 1:1 Consulting guidance up to 2 hours after the completion of the course. This 1:1 consulting session will help you solidify your knowledge and help you jump-start your implementation. MasterClass participants will receive all the tools required to document an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System in less than 1 week.

After the course is complete, MasterClass participants will be given access to an online Internal Auditor exam. Upon successful completion of the on-line exam, MasterClass participants will receive Internal Auditor and Implementation Specialist Certificate.

Day 1: Introduction to ISO 9001:2015, the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle, and In-Depth Review and Implementation Guide to Clauses 4-6
Day 2: In-Depth Review and Implementation Guide to Clause 7
Day 3: In-Depth Review and Implementation Guide to Clause 8
Day 4: In-Depth Review and Implementation Guide to 9.2 Internal Audit and Internal Auditor Training
Day 5: In-Depth Review and Implementation Guide to Clauses 9-10 & Internal Auditor Exam

* Each day will be only 4 to 5 hours of Zoom instruction. We know that it is NOT easy to sit 8 hours straight to listen to instruction. Instead, we have designed this course to be efficient and effective offering shorter lecture days and 1:1 consultation for you so we can offer each participant individualized attention and not get Zoom-fatigued.
