1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of digital products offered by GlenView Group, Inc. (“GlenView Group,” “we,” “us”) through glenviewgroup.com, including the QMS Made Easy Book (the “Book”) and the QMS Made Easy Tool Kit (the “Tool Kit”) (each a “Product,” together the “Products”), and any purchase of the Tool Kit by an existing Book customer. These Terms apply to the commercial transaction — pricing, payment, delivery, refund eligibility, and the guarantees described in Section 3. Your rights to use the content you purchase are governed separately by the GlenView Group End User License Agreement (“EULA”), which you agree to at checkout. Where these Terms and the EULA both address a topic, the two are intended to be read together; in the event of a direct conflict regarding license usage rights, the EULA controls, and in the event of a direct conflict regarding the sale transaction itself, these Terms control.

2. Products Offered

2.1 QMS Made Easy Book — $25 (one-time purchase)

Includes the complete QMS Made Easy: A Practical Guide to Understanding and Implementing ISO 9001:2026 eBook (PDF, ISBN 9798997920517), delivered as a single, one-time download — see Section 7.1. The Book does not include a customer account, the Process Library, or the QMS Template Library. The Book is covered by the 100% ISO 9001:2026 Coverage Guarantee (Section 3.1).

2.2 QMS Made Easy Tool Kit — $949 (one-time purchase)

Includes the QMS Made Easy: Your Step-by-Step Guide to Implementing ISO 9001:2026 eBook (PDF, ISBN 979-8-9979205-0-0), the Process Library of annotated examples and samples (PDF), the full QMS Template Library (60+ editable Word document templates organized by process area, with sample data from the fictional ABC Widget Company), a GlenView Group customer account with unlimited downloads, and template updates released during the twelve (12) months following your purchase date. The Tool Kit is covered by both the 100% ISO 9001:2026 Coverage Guarantee (Section 3.1) and the 100% Audit-Ready Documentation Guarantee (Section 3.2).

2.3 Purchasing the Tool Kit After the Book

Book customers who later want the Process Library and QMS Template Library may purchase the Tool Kit separately at glenviewgroup.com, at the standard Tool Kit price then in effect. Because the Book is a one-time download and does not include a customer account, there is no automatic upgrade credit between the two Products; a later Tool Kit purchase is a new, independent order under these Terms and, like any other purchase, is a final sale once processed.

3. Our 100% Guarantees — Free GlenView Guidance

3.1 100% ISO 9001:2026 Coverage Guarantee (Book and Tool Kit)

We guarantee that your Book addresses the requirements of ISO 9001:2026. If you identify a requirement of ISO 9001:2026 that the Book does not address, GlenView Group will provide free guidance explaining that requirement and how to implement it in your quality management system. Where appropriate, we will also add the missing content to an updated edition. To use this guarantee, email info@glenviewgroup.com within twelve (12) months of your purchase date with your order confirmation number and the ISO 9001:2026 clause you believe is not addressed.

3.2 100% Audit-Ready Documentation Guarantee (Tool Kit only)

We guarantee that the QMS Template Library, used as provided, is designed to meet the documentation requirements of ISO 9001:2026. If your certification body issues a document-related finding during your certification audit against documented information prepared from a GlenView template, GlenView Group will provide free guidance to correct the documentation and support your response until the finding is closed or accepted by your certification body. This guarantee applies when all of the following conditions are met:

• Tool Kit purchase. The Tool Kit was purchased by, or on behalf of, the organization being audited, and the audit is to ISO 9001:2026.
• Templates used as provided. The templates were completed and tailored to your organization following the instructions in the Book and the templates, and required sections were not removed or altered in a way that changes their compliance content.
• Document-related finding. The finding concerns the content or structure of documented information prepared from a GlenView template. Findings about implementation are not covered — for example, not following your own procedures, missing or incomplete records, lack of objective evidence, competence or training gaps, customer-specific or statutory and regulatory requirements, or content you added or changed.
• Timely notice. You email info@glenviewgroup.com within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the audit report, with your order confirmation number, a copy of the finding, and the related document.
• Audit window. The finding was issued during an initial certification audit (Stage 1 or Stage 2) conducted within twenty-four (24) months of your Tool Kit purchase date.

3.3 What the Guarantees Include and Exclude

• Included: guidance from GlenView Group delivered remotely by email or video call, at no charge, for each covered gap or finding, continuing until the finding is closed or accepted by your certification body.
• Not a refund: the guarantees do not entitle you to a refund, credit, or payment of any kind.
• Not included: certification body fees, re-audit or follow-up audit fees, travel or on-site support, or consulting services beyond the covered gap or finding. These are available separately at GlenView Group’s standard rates.
• Auditor independence: certification bodies act independently, and the decisions to issue findings or grant certification rest with them. The guarantees are GlenView Group’s commitment to help you resolve any covered finding at no cost; they are not a promise that any particular certification decision will be made.
• Non-transferable: the guarantees apply only to the original purchaser and the organization covered by the license, as set out in the EULA.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time you complete checkout is the price you are charged.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. GlenView Group does not see or store your card details.
• You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other transaction tax applicable in your jurisdiction; such taxes, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized and captured. An order confirmation and delivery email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Delivery

5.1 QMS Made Easy Book

The Book is delivered by email as a one-time download link, typically within minutes of a successful purchase. The Book does not include a customer account. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout, to check your spam or promotions folder if the email does not appear promptly, and to save your file as described in Section 7.1 — the Book License is a single download occasion (EULA, Section 3.2).

5.2 QMS Made Easy Tool Kit

When your Tool Kit payment is successful, a GlenView Group customer account is created and a confirmation email with your login and download instructions is sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes. From your account you may download and re-download all Tool Kit files as needed while the account is active.

GlenView Group’s delivery system electronically records the date, time, and status of each download, account activation, and login event; these records are GlenView Group’s official evidence of delivery for purposes of these Terms.

6. Refund Policy

Because GlenView Group’s Products are digital products delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final. This applies whether or not you have opened, downloaded, or made use of the files, and applies equally to the Book and the Tool Kit. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund except under the limited circumstances described below. The guarantees in Section 3 provide free guidance, not refunds.

6.1 QMS Made Easy Book

Once GlenView Group’s system records a successful download of the Book, delivery is deemed complete and no refund will be issued. If you are unsure whether the Book is right for you, review the free materials at glenviewgroup.com before purchasing.

6.2 QMS Made Easy Tool Kit

Once GlenView Group’s system records that any Tool Kit file has been downloaded, delivery is deemed complete and no refund will be issued. If you have not downloaded any Tool Kit files, you may contact us within 48 hours of purchase at info@glenviewgroup.com and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis; this is offered at GlenView Group’s discretion and is not a guaranteed right to a refund.

6.3 Limited Exceptions

The only circumstances in which GlenView Group will issue a refund, replacement delivery, or replacement file are:

• Verified non-delivery. If our records do not show a successful download (Book) or account activation (Tool Kit) for your order, contact info@glenviewgroup.com within seven (7) calendar days of purchase with your order confirmation number. We will re-deliver the Product or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
• Defective or corrupted files. If a file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable, contact us within seven (7) calendar days of the download and we will provide a replacement file at no charge. This is a file-integrity remedy, not a refund, and for the Book does not entitle you to an additional download occasion beyond the replacement file itself.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error due to a processing fault, contact us and we will correct the charge.

No refund will be issued for reasons such as change of mind, purchasing the wrong Product, finding the content did not meet expectations, a finding issued during an audit, or failure to save downloaded files. These situations are not covered by the exceptions above. Findings and gaps in ISO 9001:2026 coverage are handled through the free guidance described in Section 3.

7. Delivery Confirmation, Updates, and File Retention

7.1 QMS Made Easy Book — Save Your File

The Book is a single, one-time download (EULA, Section 3.2). Save your file to at least two secure locations (for example, your local hard drive and a personal cloud storage account) immediately after downloading. If your download did not complete successfully and our records do not show a confirmed successful download, contact info@glenviewgroup.com within seven (7) calendar days of purchase and we will grant one additional download opportunity at no charge (EULA, Section 3.3). GlenView Group is not obligated to provide a replacement download once a successful download has been recorded.

7.2 QMS Made Easy Tool Kit — Account, Updates, and Retention

Your Tool Kit customer account lets you re-download your files as many times as needed while the account is active, and includes template updates released during the twelve (12) months following your purchase date. After that period you keep all files already downloaded, and GlenView Group may offer continued update access separately. GlenView Group will give at least thirty (30) days’ notice by email before discontinuing account download access, so you have time to download your files. Save copies of your files to a secure, permanent location.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for an order where GlenView Group’s records show successful delivery (a completed download or account activation), GlenView Group reserves the right to contest the dispute using its download and account records as evidence of delivery, to suspend or terminate the associated account or license, and to decline future orders from the same purchaser. Please contact info@glenviewgroup.com first; most delivery or access issues can be resolved directly and more quickly than through a card dispute.

9. Order Cancellations

Because Products are delivered electronically at or immediately after the moment of payment, orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. If you believe you have made an error in your order (for example, selected the wrong Product), contact info@glenviewgroup.com immediately; we will make reasonable efforts to assist before delivery occurs, but cannot guarantee cancellation once payment has been processed. Book customers who later want the Process Library and templates can purchase the Tool Kit separately as described in Section 2.3.

10. Digital Content — Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, to the extent any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off period might otherwise apply to your purchase under applicable consumer protection law, you waive that right once delivery has begun, in exchange for immediate access to the Product. Nothing in this section limits any refund right that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction.

11. Relationship to the End User License Agreement

Completing a purchase constitutes your acceptance of both these Terms of Sale and the EULA presented at checkout. These Terms govern the transaction itself — price, payment, delivery, and refund eligibility. The EULA governs what you may do with the content after purchase, including permitted uses, restrictions on copying or redistribution, and intellectual property ownership. Please review the EULA in full before purchasing.

12. Changes to These Terms

GlenView Group may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version at glenviewgroup.com. The version in effect at the time you complete a purchase applies to that purchase. Changes are not retroactive to orders already placed.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from a purchase is subject to the informal resolution, binding arbitration, and class-action waiver provisions set out in Section 13 of the EULA, which apply equally to disputes under these Terms of Sale.
